Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 2025

At TrueTakeHome.net, we strive to provide high-quality digital products, tools, and resources designed to help you grow your digital, financial, and professional potential. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted and applies to all purchases made through our website, our WooCommerce store, and our Shopify store (where applicable).


1. Digital Downloads (Non-Refundable)

All digital products — including e-books, guides, templates, micro-products, and downloadable files — are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

This is because:

  • Digital products cannot be “returned,”
  • Access is granted instantly, and
  • Many items include intellectual property, frameworks, and internal resources.

If you encounter a technical issue with a download link, corrupted file, or delivery failure, contact us at info@truetakehome.net within 14 days and we will resend or replace the file at no additional cost.

But refunds for digital downloads are not provided under any circumstances.


2. Shopify Store Orders (Physical or Premium Products)

If you later add physical merchandise, accessories, or premium products on Shopify:

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds (Shopify Orders Only)

A refund may be granted for physical items if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days

Digital downloads purchased on Shopify are still non-refundable.

2.2 Non-Eligible Items on Shopify

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Discounted items
  • Free coupon-based downloads
  • Digital products

3. Coupon-Based Downloads (Quiz Rewards)

E-books redeemed via coupons (e.g., the Financial Habits Quiz free starter book) are:

  • Delivered instantly
  • Counted as fully consumed upon download

Therefore:
Coupon-based downloads are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.


4. Duplicate Purchases

In the rare case of a duplicate payment caused by a system glitch or accidental double-click, please contact us within 7 days, and we will investigate and issue a refund where applicable.


5. Failed Downloads or Technical Errors

If you are unable to access your download because of:

  • Broken download links
  • Server delivery failure
  • Email delivery failure
  • File corruption

We will resend your product at no charge. This is not grounds for a refund — only for replacement.


6. Processing Time

Approved refunds (Shopify physical products only) will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
